Goldrush “HAMMERDOWN” Invitational

Rob and the team at Outback Express are pleased to announce that the WA1 Formaction  Total Asphalt  Rocket’s nomination for the $30,000 Goldrush “HAMMERDOWN” invitational to be run at Esperance Speedway on Friday 28th March and Kalgoorlie Speedway on Saturday 29th March has been accepted by the promotions group.

With racers such as Marc Giancola, Daniel Miller from South Australia(SA2), Bert Vosbergen, Ash Bergmeier from Victoria  and Kemble Aylett already being confirmed as part of an ever growing entry list Rob will be mixing it up with the cream of Australia’s super sedan racers in a race to bring home the gold.

With over $7,000 and a $1,000 gold nugget up for grabs on each night you can bet it will be hotly contested and the Outback Express are intending to be at the pointy end come the business end of the night.

With work commitments sinking the teams plan to contest the Albany round of the Premium Drilling series last weekend, the car is in the transporter already and the team are keen to head off to the Motorplex on the Australia day weekend for one more hit out before the race engine is removed and heading back to Steve Smith for a well earned freshen up ahead of the Australian Title at Mildura in early March.
